Shrimp Ceviche by La Morena®

This shrimp ceviche recipe is easy to make and full of bright and zesty flavor! Serve this ceviche as an appetizer or a light meal.

 

Ingredients

2 pounds shrimp cooked

1 small red onion thinly sliced

4 pieces La Morena® sliced jalapeños minced

1 cucumber peeled, seeded, thinly sliced

½ bunch cilantro finely chopped

Juice of 2 limes

½ cup Clamato® juice

 

Directions

❶ In a bowl, combine shrimp, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, and cilantro.

❷ Add lime juice and Clamato®;toss to mix well.

❸ Chill in refrigerator 20-30 minutes.

❹ Serve ceviche cold with tostadas or soda crackers.
