I have sensitive skin and this product is perfect for me. Olive Castile 100% Olive Oil Scent Free Soap is also suitable for baby skin, normal skin, dry skin, and oily skin. It is handmade, natural, and vegan friendly. This soap is made from Saponified 100% Olea Europaea (Australian extra virgin olive oil).
Olive oil provides many skin loving components including vitamins E, antioxidants, and monounsaturated fat. 70% of the soap is made from monounsaturated fat which supports the sebum production of my skin. This helps to relieve my dry skin and doesn’t bring on my eczema which other products can do.
Vitamin E is known to support the health of the skin and protects my skin from harmful UV rays which can prematurely age my skin. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties to promote youthful and glowing looking skin.
Extra virgin olive oil has 36 different antioxidants including the antioxidant squalene. Squalene helps to maintain the moisture within my skin. Antioxidants help to fight off free radicals which can cause damage, aging, and disease to the cells of my body in excess. Olive Castile 100% Olive Oil Scent Free Soap is one of my favourites as it helps to keep my skin soft and moisturized and helps me to feel my best during the day.
CALENDULA ALL PURPOSE SCENT FREE BALM
Everyone needs a balm to add back moisture to their skin, to help relieve dry and itchy skin, a balm which may promote wound healing and keep your lips moisturized and feeling fabulous. Calendula balm is my ‘go-to’ balm I always have in my bag.
It is a 100% natural balm made from Olea europaea (Australian extra virgin olive oil), Simmondsia Chinensis (Organic Jojoba) Seed Oil, Australian Bee wax, and Calendula Officinalis (organic calendula flowers).
I use Calendula All Purpose Scent Free Balm as a lip balm before I teach my fitness classes. I love how the moisture lasts the entire class. It is a great product as I can also use it as a base before applying lipstick too. This gives the colour of my lipstick a gorgeous natural shine.
If you are like me and your hands feel constantly dry with amount of hand washing and hand sanitizer, use then this is the product you need. I use the balm after washing my hands and after drying hand sanitizer to bring back life into the skin of your hands. It is also kid friendly and may help relieve diaper rash.

Last but not least, my third favourite product is the Calendula Orange + Cinnamon. When I shower with this soap it feels like I am taking my senses on a summer holiday while adding back essential moisture to my skin.
