How to Make Infused Water

Do you struggle drinking enough water? Drinking water by itself can be a challenge especially if you find the taste of water difficult to consume enough to stay hydrated. Try making your own infused water to add delicious flavour as well as vitamins and antioxidants without the extra sugar of a soft drink.

To make your own infused water here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Select your favourite fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices.
  2. Make sure all produce is washed thoroughly.
  3. Add ingredients into a pitcher which includes strainer.
  4. Poor in cold water into the pitcher and place into the fridge to allow the ingredients to infuse into the water overnight.
