This includes an individualised nutrition care plan, tailored meal plan, additional resources, and a Telehealth/Zoom/phone call consultation. During the Telehealth session, any questions you have are answered and we work together to set small, achievable goals to set you up for long-term success in achieving your goals.
Follow Up Consultations:
From $140 per session.
